The new chefs of the restaurant will make a new dessert every season with what nature has to offer at that moment and serve it in a \u2018Dragon egg\u2019.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>The current &#8216;Dragon egg&#8217; dessert<\/h3>\n<p>The current \u2018Dragon egg\u2019 is filled with white chocolate, apricot, goat cheese, pumpkin, cinnamon and almonds, sounds good don\u2019t you think? Original dessert especially at the <a href=\"http:\/\/hoteldedraak.nl\/website\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dragon Hotel<\/a>! It might even become a collector\u2019s item, especially for chocolate lovers! Like, you must have eaten all the &#8220;Dragon eggs&#8221; and even more importantly: you must have posted a picture of it on Instagram. Restaurant Hemingway is affiliated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jre.eu\/nl\/restaurants\/country\/nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jeunes Restaurateurs Europe<\/a>, The Netherlands.<\/p>\n<h3>The new kitchen team<\/h3>\n<p>A great idea of \u200b\u200bthe restaurant&#8217;s new kitchen team and Grand Hotel and R\u00e9sidence De Draak. Last months, chef Sander Doggen left restaurant Hemingway, he was the one who got the much desired \u00a0Bib Gourmand from Michelin, last year.
