Inspired by the Chinese calendar, Taiko celebrates its birthday <strong>on Monday the 18<sup>th<\/sup> of September 2017<\/strong>; &#8216;Taiko New Year&#8217;. This is also the moment where chef Schilo van Coevorden will announce the new &#8216;Taiko Ingredient of the Year&#8217; and launches its brand new menu. The ingredient will be processed in several special and highly original dishes on the menu for one year.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to win?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the days leading up to the revelation of the new \u2018Taiko Ingredient of the Year\u2019, an online campaign has started where a lot of prizes can be won.
