The Dobla Pastry Battle’ is an international battle that will be held in Amsterdam for the first time, during the upcoming Horecava. This pastry competition will be organized on Thursday January 11th\u00a0 in collaboration with the Dutch \u2018Gastronomisch Gilde\u2019. Participation in the competition is open to all chefs and pastry chefs who have passion, affinity and the right skills to survive 3 rounds of pastry assignments of as they call it \u2018fights\u2019. A new contest on the Horecava for which Dutch participants can register now!<\/p>\n

The Dobla Pastry Battle<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Horecava<\/a> 2018,<\/u> the Dutch trade show for professionals in the food service and hospitality industry will run in January from Monday the 8th<\/sup> up to Thursday the 11th in the RAI Amsterdam. Eight teams will compete in this battle. The participating teams must consist of a teacher and a student. They compete in 3 rounds for the title ‘The Dobla Pastry Battle Champion Edition NL 2018’. To win: the championship belt and a prize of \u20ac 2,500,- cash. The assignments or rounds consist of making a dessert cake, friandises and a mysterious black box assignment.<\/p>\n

The competition will be held in the kitchens from the Gastronomisch Gilde<\/a> and can be followed by the public as well as through the live feeds on Facebook. This battle is organized by Dobla<\/a>\u00a0in various countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
