Enjoy reading!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sacbee.com\/news\/business\/article162743433.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wellness specialists\u2019 walk store aisles to help you to make healthier choices, but don\u2019t judge what\u2019s in your cart<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>New in the retail section: The Raley\u2019s Supermarket created \u201cwellness specialist\u201d positions at the 35,000-square-foot store at 2075 Fair Oaks Blvd. branch. \u00a0The wellness specialist involve direct interaction with customers. If lucky you\u2019ll find a \u201cwellness champion\u201d in the West Sacramento-based grocer\u2019s chain, thanks to a program that has been gradually instituted over the past year, according to Raley\u2019s spokeswoman Chelsea Minor. The champions\u2019 primary mission is to help educate Raley\u2019s team members on wellness initiatives, healthy foods and sustainability. The store\u2019s \u201cwellness hub\u201d is the latest invention in the local grocer\u2019s two-year effort to serve increasingly health-conscious consumers and compete with rival grocery store operators that have grown or moved into the Northern California market over the past decade. Since 2015, Raley\u2019s has announced everything from cage-free eggs to fresh seafood offerings from only sustainable sources.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luxuo.com\/lifestyle\/gastronomy\/award-winning-roca-brothers-of-el-cellar-de-can-roca-to-open-chocolate-factory-in-girona.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Award-winning Roca brothers of El Cellar de Can Roca to open chocolate factory in Girona<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The Roca brothers, winners of &#8216;world\u2019s best restaurant&#8217; not once but twice, are getting ready to open their own chocolate factory in Girona, Spain. The project will see the talented chef Yordi Roca create chocolates using cacao from Peru. The brothers, who are the brains and brawn behind El Celler de Can Roca, have yet to reveal more details \u2014 much to our frustration \u2014 but in the meantime, we shall have to settle for testing out the gelateria called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/ice-cream-parlor-rocambolesc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rocambolesc<\/a> that is also run by the brothers in the city.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.finedininglovers.com\/blog\/news-trends\/david-chang-los-angeles-restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chef David Cheng from Momofuku\u2019s in NYC will open restaurant in Los Angeles<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Momofuku\u2019s David Chang is to finally open a restaurant in LA, he\u2019s announced. The 5000-square-foot restaurant, tentatively called North Spring, will be on Naud Street on the edges of Chinatown, close to Dodger Stadium in the East of the city, according to Eater LA. It\u2019s expected to open late 2017.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vildmad.dk\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vild Mad | Foraging app helps to find fresh ingredients<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>An new app by chef Ren\u00e9 Redzepi\u2019s \u00a0to help users find edible plants, in different environments every season. Foraging app Vild Mad is launched to help users find the freshest ingredients possible in their own surrounding, straight from the earth. Chef Ren\u00e9 Redzepi has created the platform to integrate foraging into people\u2019s way of food sourcing. He hopes the app will act as a guide to finding other commonly used ingredients for meals and snacks, getting more people outside along the way.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trendhunter.com\/trends\/provocateur-wine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Provocateur wines | Series with famous works of art at the label<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The PROVOCATEUR wine series branding is the conceptual design work of iconic branding and comes as a modern interpretation of how wine labels can make a statement. This playful design makes the somewhat staunch world of wine appear more approachable for anyone to enjoy. Would be a great idea for every museum!<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trendhunter.com\/trends\/mcdonalds-boombox\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The McDonald\u2019s boombox | Crafted from a cardboard drink tray<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>McDonald\u2019s made their cardboard drink trays (used to keep beverages stabilized with takeout) after use, transferable to a real Boombox. The drink tray works to allow a smartphone of any make or model to be amplified through the unit without requiring any electricity to do so.
