Lekkernijs, serving sorbet & cocktail sorbet turned into molecular ice cream for adults! Lekkernijs can be found in the recently opened foodcourt Hofhouse in The Hague, The Netherlands. You have to be quick because the pop-up will only be there for three months.<\/p>\n

Before Babette (owner of Lekkernijs<\/a>) started the adventure in Hofhouse <\/a>her mobile ice cream unit could mainly be found on events, weddings and other parties. At all these events she shows how sweet soft sorbet & cocktail sorbets are made with liquid oxygen.<\/p>\n

Lekkernijs for amazing ice cream<\/h3>\n

Babette sells different ice cream flavours in Hofhouse, like Cava with lime, apple with elderberry and lime leaf, rhubarb with raspberries and the Sourlicious, made of lemon and mint. All the ice cream is made with fruit, vegetables and herbs without any dyes and aromatics substances. Besides this, the ice cream is also made without egg, milk and\/or cream.<\/p>\n

Till half September Lekkernijs can be found in the foodcourt Hofhouse in The Hague. Besides ice cream she serves Dutch \u2018stroopwafels\u2019, cocktails and desserts.
