During the Blogger Summer Vega Challenge, bloggers can provide a recipe for a summer vegetarian main course. In June, participants can present their dish, featuring a clear recipe and a tasty image on Ter Marsch\u2019s social media accounts (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/cafetermarsch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cafetermarsch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram<\/a>). Caf\u00e9 Ter Marsch needs to be tagged in the post of course.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Blogger Summer Vega Challenge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The three dishes with the most likes will continue to the grand final and will actually be made by Chef Olaf Oldenburg. After which a professional jury will choose the winner. The winning dish will be on the menu in August with the name of the one who created the recipe. In addition, the winning blogger is allowed to allot a Summer Vega Dinner at Caf\u00e9 Ter Marsch for two people. The grand final is scheduled on Thursday the 27<sup>th<\/sup> of July.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Ter Marsch family<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The burger concept Ter Marsch &amp; Co was launched early 2014 at the Witte de Withstraat in Rotterdam. Shortly after the opening, Ter Marsch &amp; Co won the first prize with its burgers: \u2018the Golden Burger Spatel\u2019, followed by the prizes such as the &#8216;Best Burger of Rotterdam&#8217; and &#8216;Best Burger of the Netherlands&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2016 a pop-up version of Ter Marsch &amp; Co opened in Amsterdam on the corner of the Vijzelstraat \/ Bloemenmarkt. This pop-up was named as &#8216;Best Burger Bar of Amsterdam&#8217; by Esquire. To celebrate their anniversary in March 2017, Ter Marsch designed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/wiedewietsaus-biologic-cannabis-sauce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wiedewietsaus<\/a>, an organic cannabis sauce to use on a hamburger or fries.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018youngest\u2019 concept in the family is Caf\u00e9 Ter Marsch, which is also located at the Witte de Withstraat in Rotterdam.
