Guests can use Subway\u2019s Facebook Messenger ordering bot to order a sandwich or salad, customize it with their favorite bread; cheese; vegetables; and sauce, to pay on any device that supports Messenger. The bot is the latest addition to the brand\u2019s mobile order systems that includes web ordering and app ordering.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>How to use it?<\/h3>\n<p>To use Subway\u2019s Facebook Messenger ordering bot people either have to launch the Messenger app, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.messenger.com\">Messenger.com<\/a> or visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/subway\/?fref=ts\">their Facebook page<\/a> and tap \u2018Start Order.\u2019 The bot will ask for the user\u2019s location to find the closest Subway\u00ae restaurant. Then, the user is guided through selecting the sub bread, cheese, vegetables and sauce, as well as drinks, cookies or chips. Users choose their payment method: Facebook\u2019s payment system or Masterpass, a digital payment service from Mastercard, and the order will be ready for pick up in 15 minutes or less.
