To highlight the opening, Dominique and his Japanese team created the \u2018zero gravity\u2019 cake, cake that floats inside a balloon.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u2018Zero gravity\u2019 cake | Cake floating inside a balloon<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A new item at the long list of famous DAB (Dominique Ansel Bakery) pastries of which the images \u00a0are widely spread through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dominiqueansel\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Dominique.Ansel.Bakery\/\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a>. Remember <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/donut-croissant-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Cronut<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/milk-and-cookie-shot-by-dominique-ansel\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Milk &amp; Cookie shots<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/waffogato-by-dominique-ansel\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Waffogato<\/a>? Well in the meantime Dominique created a lot of other pastries for the sweet tooth Japanese fans, like a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/dominique-ansel-opened-a-new-bakery-in-japan\/\" target=\"_blank\">Good Luck Cat<\/a>; a roasted tomato hot dog bun shaped like a puppy; and now a \u2018zero gravity\u2019 cake that floats inside a balloon that customers must pop before they can eat it.
