Restaurant The Carter in Sydney, Australia is inspired by the queen and king of American pop culture: Beyonc\u00e9 and Jay Z. The restaurant starts as a restaurant by day and transforms into a club with live entertainment in the evening. A must-see for fans.<\/p>\n

The Carter <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Carter<\/a> opened earlier in 2017 and features a number of eye-catching wall paintings of the couple in the lounge. The club\u2019s manager explains: \u201cJay Z and Beyonc\u00e9 have always been at the center of controversy which is what inspired our hidden messages in artwork surrounding the bar and the murals on the wall in the basement.”<\/p>\n

Food and Beverage<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The menu items are partly named after other hip hop and R&B stars. Dishes they serve are: NAS sticky lamb ribs, a Biggie one kilogram T-bone steak, Kanye BBQ corn and The Carter Chicken Wings \/ Beyonce\u2019s Hot Sauce Wings, linked to the Formation song lyric \u201cI got hot sauce in my bag, swag.\u201d As beverage they serve for example a \u2018Kimye\u2019 cocktail (named after Kim Kardashian and Kanye West) as well as the Snoop Lion (named after to Snoop Dogg). Even Barack Obama, a good friend of the couple, has his own menu item, a plate with fried chicken, waffles and watermelon.<\/p>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 and Jay Z have not commented on the opening of this restaurant inspired by their legacies. Might be because of the fact that they are preparing the arrival of their twins. Have a look at the Instagram<\/a> page for more photos of the restaurant and dishes.<\/p>\n
