Usagi no Nedoko a shop, small inn and caf\u00e9 in Kyoto is a highly unique concept that is inspired by nature.\u00a0Artist Koichi Yoshimura developed a way to preserve plants in acrylic cubes, which he calls \u2018Sola Cubes\u2019. In their caf\u00e9 they reimagined rocks, minerals and other objects of the nature in a seasonal inspired menu. Almost too beautiful to eat. At Usagi no Nedoko Kyoto<\/u><\/a> they provide inspirational experiences to people around the world through the beauty of natural creation and the great and inspiring stories behind them. They show this in there small inn, caf\u00e9 and their shop. Their shop is like a small museum where they show and sell specimens from around the world, the inn is recommended to people who want to stay in Kyoto like a local and in their caf\u00e9 they serve mineral like food also called \u2018Koubutsu ryori\u2019 in Japanese.<\/p>\n
