Do you like specialty beers and old-school arcade games? We spot this combination more often. Beer breweries and pubs which not only offer a wide variety of specialty beers but also give you the opportunity to play nostalgic retro arcade games such as: pinball, air-hockey, pool or even get rid of your frustrations by playing the shooting game Mortal Kombat. In Amsterdam we even have a hotel where you can play, The Arcade hotel.<\/p>\n

Arcade halls abroad<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Big halls, arcade games, a group of friends and special beers. A couple of examples from abroad. For example the Emporium Arcade Bar<\/a> who has two locations in Chicago. Both locations have a gigantic screen on the wall, offer plenty of arcade games and give you the possibility to order beer from an extensive beer list with a wide variety of specialty beers.<\/p>\n

The Arts District Brewing Company<\/a> even goes beyond this. This beer brewery in Los Angeles changed its tasting room into a gaming area. At the brewery, guests can enjoy games such as table tennis and darts and the brewery offers an extensive beer menu.<\/p>\n

A bit more close to the Netherlands, at the BrewDog in West-London, you can relax and wait for your beer or food whilst playing games at one of the vintage arcade machines.<\/p>\n

In Amsterdam you can go to one of the two locations of the TonTon Club<\/a> to play arcade games, they even have their own TonTon Club XL event. Like in the old days, you can play different games for days in a row here. This is also possible at the Arcade Hotel<\/a>.
