Well it seems that this craze came has reached England as well. We spotted a pop-up in the Selfridges Food Halls, the Pip &amp; Nut Toast Bar. The pop-up will be there until the 12<sup>th<\/sup> of February. The bar will serve a selection of gourmet toast with toppers as peanut butter, grated apple and maple syrup to avocado.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pip &amp; Nut Toast Bar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selfridges launched the brand of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pipandnut\" target=\"_blank\">Pip &amp; Nut<\/a> to the market in January 2015, to celebrate its 2<sup>nd<\/sup> birthday it pop-ups again. Pip &amp; Nut sell all-natural nut butters which are free from palm oil and refined sugars. Founder Pippa Murray also launched her debut cookbook, Pip &amp; Nut: The Nut Butter Cookbook. In this book a range of nut butter recipes including those served at the Toast Bar.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the breads to choose from: sourdough and rye. As toppings you can choose between: marinated strawberries &amp; almond butter; peanut butter, grated apple and maple syrup; peanut butter, fresh chilli, lime &amp; coriander or avocado, almond butter &amp; spiced seeds.<\/p>\n<p>Well we hope they will pop-up in the Netherlands as well, would be a great pop-up for the Bijenkorf as well!
