Restaurant Spetters by chef and owner Laurent Smallegange is getting a restyling. The one Michelin star restaurant will be updated to the new standards with more comfort and fresh appearance. During the restyling in January, guests can get their food at the French pop-up bistro \u2018Chez Laurent\u2019.<\/p>\n

Fresh appearance<\/h3>\n

Laurent starts the new year with a complete restyling of the restaurant. The \u00b4new\u00b4 Spetters counts 56 seats with more comfort. The restyling will be done in January, in February the restaurant will be open again. French Bistro<\/h3>\n

Pop-up restaurants during a restyling or refurbishment generally occur outside the Netherlands. Laurent Smallegange is one of the first with this idea within the Netherlands. \u2018Chez Laurent\u2019 (address Kaai 6, Breskens, The Netherlands) will be situated on the ground floor under the one Michelin star restaurant. The French bistro will serve dishes made out of 100 percent authentic classic French flavours. Chez Laurent will be open from the 6th of January up to the 6th of February.
