We wonder what this innovation will taste like\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Espresso Cloud IPA | created by Justin Burns-Beach<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Justin Burns-Beach was a Starbucks barista in Phoenix for eight years before he moved to Seattle. He started working at the Starbucks Reserve\u00ae Roastery &amp; Tasting Room in 2015. Here he enthusiastically took on the challenge of exploring and sharing coffee innovations. This year, the creative climate at this Starbucks Reserve has helped him reach his long-held dream of developing a first-of-its-kind Starbucks\u00ae beverage. In the video above he shows how he created Espresso Cloud\u2122 IPA. The Espresso Cloud IPA is inspired at <a href=\"https:\/\/1912pike.com\/recipe-the-shakerato\/\" target=\"_blank\">the shakerato<\/a> another Starbucks drink.<\/p>\n<p>The freshly brewed espresso is shaken over ice with other ingredients which produces a rich cloud of micro-foam and this foam is layered on top of a freshly poured IPA.
