From today on FG restaurant (Rotterdam, the Netherlands, 2 Michelin Stars) will be situated at a new location. Fran\u00e7ois Geurds will serve the best dishes in the restaurant, which is located next to FG Food Labs. We were invited to check this new place out and can only indicate that their future guests will be in for an even greater culinary surprise than at the last location! We wish Fran\u00e7ois and his team the best of luck and a lot of fun at the new location and with their path to the top of gastronomy, the third Michelin Star.<\/p>\n

Details from the new location of restaurant FG<\/h3>\n

Fran\u00e7ois Geurds can now focus on the quality of his both Michelin Star awarded restaurants, instead of driving from one to another. FG restaurant<\/a> consists for 50% out of kitchen and bar, the other remaining half is used for the seating area with 54 seats. From the moment you walk into the restaurant your eyes fall on the charming chairs, picked by Fran\u00e7ois himself. The unique back of the seating will give you and your tablemates a feeling of privacy.<\/p>\n

The private dining area has a unique decor as well. The reverse garden, which is hanging on the ceiling, gives the area a natural feeling. Ideal for smaller meetings and groups.<\/p>\n

Even in the restrooms something special is happening. A waterfall above the sink. The water is slowly dripping from the ceiling down to the sink. Something different compared to a standard mirror.<\/p>\n

Unique coffee machine<\/h3>\n

Perfection is shown in the details like for example in the fact that restaurant FG has the first ModBar in the Netherlands<\/a>. A unique coffee machine which has the looks of a beer tap installation. The ModBar is one of the most advanced coffee machines in the world. Next to that Fran\u00e7ois added an osmose system which filters the water. After the water has been filtered, Fran\u00e7ois is able to add different chemicals.
