An initiative of Bas Lammersen and Michael Kras, entrepreneurs of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/roast-chicken-bar-a-hip-chicken-concept\/\" target=\"_blank\">Roast Chicken Bar.<\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Eggsperience at The Egg Store in Haarlem<\/h3>\n<p>The idea comes from those Sundays that you wake up late, longing to crack an egg but breakfast isn\u2019t served anymore in restaurants. At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/theeggstore\/?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">The Egg Store<\/a> it doesn\u2019t matter at what time of day you want to eat an egg, the store is open from 10:00 to 17:00.<\/p>\n<p>The menu consists of various egg dishes such as a Roast Slicer, a brioche topped with pulled chicken, coleslaw, homemade cocktail sauce and a perfectly fried egg on top. For The Egg Store eggs are \u2018rock &#8216;n roll\u2019 in the kitchen and this is reflected in the diversity of dishes. They only use exclusively Dutch free range eggs. As for the interior, the recipes from the Egg Store are inspired by dishes from New York, London and Berlin.
