Justin Brown is a famous British chef who worked for plenty of famous people, such as Jamie Oliver and Rolling Stones\u2019 Ronnie Wood, besides that he also cooked for stars like David Beckham and Madonna. <\/p>\n

The Chippy<\/h3>\n

The Chippy<\/a> will serve high standard Fish & Chips in a traditional way, wrapped in a newspaper. Guests have the possibility to choose between different fishes like codfish, haddock or plaice. Apart from the Fish & Chips, he will serve delicious cocktails and craft beers. Justin hopes to introduce The Chippy in more cities than just Amsterdam. \u201cI would love to open The Chippy in cities as The Hague and Rotterdam as well\u201d says Justin. If everything goes as planned there will be a food truck of The Chippy by next year to visit the Dutch festivals.<\/p>\n

Justin Brown<\/h3>\n

Justin Brown<\/a> is a famous British chef, an author of his own cookbook, TV Chef (Master Chef the Professionals) and owner of several pop-up restaurants in Amsterdam. Justin gained experience in well-known hotels and restaurant around the world, including The Landmark in London, Montes with Jamie Oliver in Knightsbridge, Merchant Pensions with Robert Clayton, The Harrington Club and restaurant Amuse in Australia.<\/p>\n
