NH Collection has added some very cool hotels to their portfolio! And Amsterdam had got another culinary hotspot with The White Room and with The Tailor bar, a hotspot for cocktails. Bram Kosterink attended the launch of the NH Collection in Amsterdam, the NH Collection Doelen and NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. Bram visited the new hotel rooms, tasted the cocktails made by Tess Posthumus and was getting a first insight in the new challenge of chef Jacob Jan Boerma.<\/p>\n

NH Collection Doelen \u2013 feel the extraordinary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

NH Collection\u2019s, \u2018feel the extraordinary\u2019. With this motto NH Collection<\/a> promises to offer the best experience in terms of gastronomy, innovation and design. Bram was getting a first insight on how these three pillars are put into practise in the NH Collection Doelen<\/a>. Attendees saw the refurbished rooms. Every room has a 34 centimetres thick NH Collection Sleep Better matrass, a shower with rain effect, a LED flat screen television, a Nepsresso machine, free and easy accessible Wi-Fi, a professional hairdryer and exclusively designed amenities. For a gastronomic experience NH Doelen is the right place to be. The bites made by Rudolf Brand, made everyone want to take more.<\/p>\n

NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Gastronomy plays a key role at the NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky<\/a>. The Tailor bar, completely designed in tailor style, \u00a0offers the best cocktails of Amsterdam. The cocktails are created by Dutch World Class Bartender of the Year, Tess Posthumus. Cocktail and food combinations, all signature cocktails are served with matching bites. After the cocktails Bram was introduced to another showpiece of Krasnapolsky, The White Room. Developed in collaboration with star chef Jacob Jan Boerma, restaurant De Leest in Vaassen. Chef de Cuisine Arturo Dalhuisen & Maitre Richard Eerhardt are creating a new culinary experience in Amsterdam. The 60 coverts restaurant will be open from Tuesday till Saturday. The price level? A 3-course menu during lunch will be served for \u20ac 37,50 per person.<\/p>\n
