A healthy high tea<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A high tea doesn\u2019t have to be unhealthy. That is what Paul Bakker must have thought (owner Baker&Moore) when he came up with the idea of the \u2018Healthy Raw Tea\u2019. A healthier alternative of high tea for those who preferably avoid sugar and\/or having a gluten or lactose allergy, a group which is getting bigger and bigger. The high tea is a huge success and according to Paul requests keep getting in at Baker&Moore<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The high tea is assembled in cooperation with SUE<\/a> (\u2018SUE stands for treats that are sugar free, gluten free, lactose free, raw and vegan\u2019), and consists\u00a0of different kinds of sandwiches, drinks and sweet treats that all are 100% sugar free: \u2018Eat 100% natural and without feeling guilty!\u2019<\/p>\n

Besides the \u2018healthy raw tea\u2019, you still have the option choosing the \u2018normal\u2019 high tea. This one is assembled in cooperation with Marisca Sjerp<\/a> (winner of NET5 baking show \u2018Bake My Day\u2019). In addition, Baker&Moore offers a wide range of products. They serve sandwiches, breakfasts, different kinds of coffee, slow juices and pastries.<\/p>\n

Baker&Moore<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Baker&Moore is a breakfast and lunch concept \u2018with products that are biological if possible\u2019. The \u2018Create It Yourself\u2019- formula makes it possible for guests to assemble their sandwich, slow juice and breakfast by themselves. They opened the lunchroom in Rotterdam at the start of 2015 after a successful crowdfund action. Pauls ambition is to make Baker&Moore accessible in the big cities in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n
