At LE &amp;, guests are brought together around the table to experience the perfection of vintage champagne &amp; visionary gastronomy; the culinary talent of Chef Yannick All\u00e9no &amp; the craftsmanship of Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon Chef de Cave Beno\u00eet Gouez. Yannick All\u00e9no crafted his delicious recipes to highlight the distinct flavors and subtleties of the Mo\u00ebt Imp\u00e9rial, the Mo\u00ebt Ros\u00e9 Imp\u00e9rial and the Mo\u00ebt Nectar Imp\u00e9rial.
