In 2000, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.maisonthierrycostes.com\/georges\/accueil\">caf\u00e9-restaurant George<\/a> opened its doors in Centre Pompidou, and soon, Caf\u00e9 de l&#8217;Homme will re-open its doors, with a great view on the Eiffel tower. The hotspot of Paris seems to be <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.palaisdetokyo.com\/en\/palais-de-tokyo\">Tokyo Eat<\/a> at the Palais de Tokyo.
