Together with bakery Lanskroon, Instock created their own granola. The main ingredient of the granola is the ‘bierbostel’ from the Troost Brewery. Bierbostel is the nutritious malt residue of the beer brewing process. Beer for breakfast is a nutritious and alcohol-free breakfast product that prevents food waste. Nowadays, a lot of people love to drink alcohol-free beer (last year we consumed a whopping 18% more of alcohol-free beer in the Netherlands), but a real good and tasty alcohol-free IPA we haven’t seen yet. From now onwards, you can drink an alcohol-free IPA and drive or go the gym. The brewery is working at their Playground beer series and the IPA is one of them. The DogHouse hotel is expected to open in 2018 in Columbus, Ohio. Every element of your stay will pay homage to hops and the vast world of incredible craft beer. Band of Bohemia, a brewpub in Chicago has been awarded with a Michelin star last November. Very special if you consider the fact that beer is the main event at this brewpub. The Band of Bohemia received the Michelin star after being open for just one year. Michelin is awarding stars to more and more surprising food joints. For example in Singapore where street food stalls Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle and Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle got a star. More recently we had dinner at The Harwood Arms, the only English pub in London awarded with a Michelin star.
