Wahaca, a London-based Mexican restaurant, has just opened its pop-up location in Southbanks. Seating for 130 diners in shipping containers. The relatively low height of containers enables the construction of a two-floor restaurant in a very compact space. The restaurant will change location after 18 month. French designer Mathieu Lehanneur has created a series of Wi-Fi stations in Paris where people can sit down to use their laptop or smartphone, named Escale Numérique (Digital Break). The large digital billboard provides city information and news. In New York you will find those billboards and free Wi-fi in old telephone booths.
