Emart in South-Korea has found a way to attract more customers during lunch. Between 12 am and 1 pm they make a QR-code becomes visible by the sunlight. The consumer that schans the Sunny Sale QR-code will receive a voucher of 12 euros for home products. Sales increased by 25 percent during lunch.

The app shows the pubs in the city where you can get a second beer for free. The guest chooses a pub and activates the beercode and shows this code by ordering.

Chef-cook makes an ice cream for supermarkt
Hans van Wolde, chef and owner of the two-star-restaurant Beluga in Maastricht (the Netherlands) has develop an ice cream for Albert Heijn (Dutch supermarket chain). The ice cream has a special flavor combination: pineapple, coconut, lemon, passion fruit and banana mixed and placed on a stick. Sorry, but only available in the Netherlands!
