First macaron shop opens in the Netherlands

The first macaron shop of the Netherlands opens it's doors in Amsterdam, on the day of the macaron (Jour du Macaron) on March 20th . Poptas Pastry make their macarons based on a French recipe in their own pastry kitchen. Besides selling macarons, they also give macaron workshops.
