Halfsies is a social initiative, offering restaurant visitors a choice that provides a healthier meal portion. They also reduce food waste and supports the fight against hunger. According to the two intrepreneurs, there is great need for more social contact. Interested people subscribe to a website. During the dinner fellow citizens meet eachother with the same hobby or common business interests.
